KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION began April 2nd!  

In order to register a child, he/she must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2012.  Please bring the following items when you come to the school to register:  Certificate of immunization, CURRENT Florida Physical, Certified Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, Proof of Residency (such as a current light bill), and a Photo ID copy of the person filling out the registration.  You may get the physical from your private physician or from the Washington County Health Dept.  Packets are available in the office.

 

Parents please keep the school informed of any changes to your phone numbers and addresses so that you may be reached by the school in case of an emergency.
